The Study Of The Urban Unemployed Person's Re-employment In Our Country

Since the reform and opening up of china, the development of Chinese economy has achieved remarkable results. However, china also encountered the worldwide problems of unemployment accompanying with the development of economy. Since 1992, the economic system has stepped into total adjustment and transitional stage, the problems of unemployment of China become more and more serious. A large number of unemployed persons come into society which is an instable factor. It is also a challenge for the Chinese economic development and the great blueprint of "building a harmonious society". How to solve the urban unemployment problem of re-employment is related to not only Chinese economic development, social progress but also the long-term stability of the country.Taking the above into considerations, this dissertation combined the theoretical knowledge of sociology, economics, politics, and other subjects. It analyzed the actuality and the characteristics structure of the unemployment in China from various aspects such as theoretical exploration and data analysis of Statistical Yearbook and so on. At the same time, it systemically put forward the.methods to solve the urban unemployment problem of re-employment. Bases on the retrospection of former research, this dissertation redefined the urban unemployed theoretically, and introduced the correlative theory about the re-employment; the characteristics structure of the unemployment in China were comprehensive analyzed from vocation distribution, sex and age structure, education level and so on. This dissertation described the situation of the re-employment and pointed out the achievements and the problem, analyzed the causes of these problems deeply. Combing with the current financial crisis, this paper analyzed the effect of economic cycle wave on the re-employment. Aiming at the above problem and analysis results, the fifth chapter of this article put forward some suggestions for Chinese unemployment from various aspects especially from the exploitation of work position, the establishment and improvement of labor market and the social security system, as well as strengthening the re-employment training on the urban unemployed persons and raise the self bearing capacity of the unemployed persons.
