The Express Delivery Industry, Resource Integration

Nowadays, with the development of economy and the advancement of information, the market of globalization have been formed, clients' requirement has also become more diversification. So, the competition of market has becoming more and more severity. In order to satisfy customers'requirements of in time delivery of files, parcel, etc., a great deal of express service enterprises have coming forth. However, comparing with the international express service enterprises, most of our country's express service enterprises are very small, they are limited by their resources. Therefore, express service enterprises must integrate resource reasonable, enlarge their range of service, increase their efficiency of service.In this paper, applies the economics theories and methods, deals with the resource integration of express service enterprises, and studies its root, mode and objective. Firstly, explain some basic knowledge about the express service enterprises. Begin with the analysis of its emergence, introduces the basic type of express service enterprises and the effect. In the secondly part, introduce the international market of express service and comparing with our country's express service enterprises, in order to sustain in the international market, our country's express service enterprises need to integrate its resources. Then in the next part applies the basic theory of economics, analyses the best collocation of express service resource. Finally this paper analyses the mode choices and objectives of their integration.
