The thesis mentioned about franchise's theory, the change or phenomenon which was happened in China since multinational franchise company got into Chinese market and Chinese franchise's development in this paper. After comparing multinational franchise corporation in China and Korean Franchise Corporation in China, the author have acquired Korean franchise's future strategy and conclusion.This paper is composed of five parts; I have introduced about franchise's theory in the first part, Chinese franchise market's state in the second part, multinational franchise corporation and Korean Franchise Corporation in China in the third, forth part, the strategy which has to do with going into Chinese market in the last part.The thesis mentioned mostly the meaning of franchise and its characteristic, and few things– Chinese franchise's state, its development and its development's individuality– in the second part, introduced the state of developed countries'franchise corporation, investigated the state of Korean Franchise Corporation and then analyzed Korean franchise company's success and failure separately. Finally, the paper developed few strategies from them.We could get a conclusion through this analysis, that is, if multinational franchise corporation want to get a success in any country or a region, there is some strategies that they must carry out, as you know sometimes we called it'royal road'. And that Korean franchise companies can get a success if they are good enough to manage those localization strategy, differentiation strategy so on. |
