At the present, the corporate culture is the comprehensive body of the enterprises' character, and it has become the essential condition of the enterprises' existence the development in the knowledge-based economy ages. The reason for the importance of corporate culture is that if the current cultural power isn't understood, the decision mayn't correspond with the will. With a view to the current domestic status of corporate culture, we find that the result usually don't accord with persons' idea,along with few successful cases. The fundamental reason for the status quo is that, most managers are just familiar with the concept, but have little consciousness about what it means,how to facilitate and improve it. With the review of domestic and overseas research and the applications on corporate culture, it is theoretically and empirically in demand that it should go deeply into the study concerning the function mechanism.This paper, with regard to the corporate culture function mechanism, is mainly divided into five parts:The first part is the introduction, including motivation and purposes of study, domestic and overseas research status quo, the methodology, content and innovative point of the study.In the second part, the paper mainly deals with the most basic problem. At the begining, it expatiates the primary theories on corporate culture.On the basis of the above theories, it induces and concludes the concept of corporate culture, and then forms the mechanism. Later on, with the clarification of the corporate culture function mechanism, the point of view in this paper is demonstrated. In the end, it proposes the theorial assumptions of this study.In the third part, the paper explores the function mechanism of corporate culture,which may resolve the exterior adoption problems of enterprises. It involves the relationship between enterprises and society, and also among the enterprises. It discusses the corporate culture function mechanism in the coporations and competitions among enterprises, respectively from two part: the corporate culture function mechanism in improving core competity and prestige mechanism& the corporate culture sycretic mechanism undermergence.In the fourth part, the paper discuss the corporate culture function mechanism for the resolution for the problems in the corporate interior combination. It concerns manily three types of relationship, namely, the relationship among employees,classes and sections. Starting with above three aspects, the paper studies on the corporate culture function mechanism in the three types of connection.In the fifth part, the paper takes an example of Yunnan WenSan Electric Power joint-stock limited company,and illustrates the concrete applications of the corporate culture function mechanism.
