Abroad In China Countervailing And Our Coping Strategies

International trade develops vigorously in our times; China has already been the leading country of international trade in the world. However, the flourishing development of China's foreign trade has increased the trade friction such as anti-subsidy investigations to China. With the affirmation of market economic system in China and lots of countries are revising the domestic law, China will face ever greater risks.This paper is mainly divided into five parts. The part one explained the relevant international rules of subsidy, anti-subsidy and Counter Vailing Duties stipulated by WTO. Part two gave the economic analysis of how the subsidy and Counter Vailing Duties affected one country's welfare. Part three analyzed the faults of Chinese subsidy system, and the discrepancy with《SCM》. In part four the author did a case study, showed intensive analysis about the subsidy and anti-subsidy situation of state-owned enterprise. At the end of the article the author gave suggestion to the anti-subsidy.
