| This article investigated, analyzed and evaluated the technology innovation and technology innovation management of a best-known enterprise-Kunming Shipbuilding Equipment Company, this company is a technology based enterprise and technology innovation is her core competitive competence. To the technology innovation process of this enterprise, try to put forward suggestions and reforming measurements for existing problems in terms of the organization model and stimulation mechanism of her technology innovation management. Expecting these suggestions and reforming measurements could be used for reference for this enterprise. And furthermore, at the end, emphasized the importance of choosing appropriate organization model and establishing perfect stimulation mechanism for the technology innovation management in enterprise. |
