Along with the rapid development of the new generation of information technology, Human society is entering a new age of the Internet. Logistics as a new leader in the national economy will promote social process by strengthening the management and improving service functions. To build a Logistics Information Network has become an important application field of the "Information Superhighway" which has been actively promoted throughout the world. However, the Logistics Information Network is being confronted with tremendous security problems, due to various technologies involved, different levels of applications and users. Therefore, the security system of the Logistics Information Network surely plays an important role in safeguarding logistics enterprises.First of all, by systematically introducing the concept, the structure and characteristics of the Systems Security Engineering, the present paper initiates "network security engineering model based on risk analysis". Secondly, the potential risks threating the security of logistics information network have been analyzed between two levels, the computer network and the logistics information network. Various risks are accessed by using a classical analysis method, Level analysis method,Fuzzy Comprehensive analysis method and Risk Reliability analysis method comprehensive evaluation method. Thirdly, the level structure of logistics information network security defense system is analyzed, a comprehensive,Dynamic multi-level security and defense logistics information network architecture model is designed, the logistics information network security issues are investigated from three aspects of security technologies, security services and security management. Considering various factors such as cost / benefit, performance, ease of use and technical risks, a framework solution of Logistics Information Network security is provided. Finally, as an application case, the security needs and risks of the Logistics Information Network of some logistics company are analyzed and accessed. Under the guidance of the results of the risk assessment, the general design and specific implementation programs of X logistics information network security and defense system are provided. It has been proved that this solution effectively ensured the safe operation of X logistics information network. The Practice shows that the conclusion of this paper plays an important and valuable reference guide to ensure the safety, confidentiality, availability, controllability, etc. of the logistics information network system.
