| The county area economy is one of the main components within the national economy system. It is also a key focus for the development and innovation of regional economy. Located in the eastern part of Inner Mongolia, depended on the superiorities of both natural resource and natural ability, the agricultural production and mining industry got developed in Ningcheng County, while its local economy got a faster development as well. By a comprehensive analysis of county economy development in Ningcheng County area, this article is trying to exploring a way in which one not only could reasonably open and utilize natural resource, but also could maintain a sustaining development as well.At present, the population in the county areas takes over 70% of the national total population. The domestic GDP made by county economy takes over 50% of the total national economy. Seeing from the scale and overall economy both take a comparatively greater proportion. The county area economy is formed into an open, fully functioned regional economy with regional characteristics through systematic arrangement and optimizing economic, social resources within an area of county level administrations. It has such characteristics as, regional fully-functioned, comprehensive, gradational and openness, etc .Studying the economy incounty areas has mainly two meanings, one is that county area economy is an important economic foundation for the whole national economy and as well as foundation stone for consolidating regime. Another is that developing the economy in county areas is a breakthrough point to solve the problems of agriculture, countryside and peasants.Located in Chifeng area on the eastern part of Inner Mongolia, Ningcheng County belongs to monsoon climate, possessing some fine conditions for developing agriculture. It has rich mining resources, especially has large amount of iron and rare earth. The local government developed industry economy centering on the superiorities of natural resources and had made the county economy gained a faster development in a very short period of time.The main reason of fast development in economy in Ningcheng County is that local government seized the opportunity of opening up the west and moving the national energy strategy to the west. Depended on the rich natural resources, many new projects were introduced, and some featured economics got developed with great strength. It should be pointed out that in the process of pushing forward county economy, some problems like unreasonable production structure, without outstanding superior industry and lack of economy autonomy, and so on.In relevance with the existing problems, we firstly should enhance the support and guidance to agriculture in order to push the agricultureproduction and high efficiency agriculture and increase peasant's income, to solve the unbalanced development between the countryside and the urban areas. Secondly, in the process of continuous pushing of industry economy, we should introduce advanced technology, fully tap the extra value of mining resources, stretch out industrial chain, develop cycling economy, save resources, decrease pollution and protect environment. Meanwhile, to push plural industries and develop follow up industry in order to form into a single natural resource model of economic development Thirdly, we should earnestly study the issues of long term development in resourceful areas, make a reasonable planning, scientific management and give some favorable support and priorities in order to keep healthy, coordinating and sustaining development in local economy. |
