According to questionnaire survey and statistical analysis of some peasants on implementing"Four in one"cycling model, and make analysis and evaluation on economical effect and environmental effect by using typical cycling model. We found that agricultural cycling economy made a preliminary success in Hangjinhou League of Inner Mongolia. Hope this research can provide basis on making decision of agricultural cycling economy for Hangjinhou League in the future.The typical cycling model is comparatively limited because of limitation of national support projects,concept of peasants, unfully developed economical conditions etc. The thesis sorts out and analyses the collected material by using cost benefit analysis methods and analytic hierarchy process, and make the forward effect conclusion on apply effect of typical model. The economic returns is conspicuous, four evaluate index items such as financial net present value, internal rate of return, benefit - cost ratio and investment payoff period are all up to the mustard, these demonstrates that typical cycling model will have great prospects in Hangjinhou League. The thesis also make analysis from two viewpoints which are natural environment and social environment, and give quantized evaluation to environmental effect caused by typical model, and make the conclusion that social environmental effect is larger than natural environmental effect. Apply of"Four in one"agricultural cycling model not only resolves the using of energy of peasant household, raise the level of peasant's life, but also improves environment, advances agricultural sustainable development, this will be one of main modes on develop agricultural cycling economic for Hangjinhou League in the future.
