| Business internationalization is an inevitable trend of open market economy. Economy globalization forces business internationalization a vital issue in the areas of economics and management. In the 1990s, Born Globals, a new phenomenon, came forth and attracted many researchers. Researchers found the Born Globals play an increasing important role in international market. Under such conditions, there is intense requirement of research on these firms.Current research about Born Globals lags behind and no full fledged analyse frame exists. Although existent analyses contribute to some special topics, there are still limitations, for example, no consistent standpoint, which would be really problematic. This paper explores how Born Globals form by analyzing their interior resources and exterior environment. The Conclusion contributes to ameliorating internationalization theory and providing firm international practice with theoretical foundations.Based on the previous traditional internationalization theories, this paper starts with Born Global phenomenon, summarizes existing studies, and concludes the concept, characteristics, types and other research achievements of Born Globals. Then a model of forming factors of Born Globals is brought forward. This model is improved according to the results of a case study. A questionnaire-based survey is carried out in Zhejiang Province and SPSS is applied in the process of data analysis.According to the results of investigation and data analysis, this paper gains several conclusions and adjusts model hypotheses. In this paper, characters of the entrepreneur, unique products, network approach, special human resource and market environment are summarized as main forming factors of Born Globals. All these five factors have positive effects in the international degree of Born Globals.Based on the theoretical research conclusions in combination with concrete circumstance of enterprises, advices for business internationalization are represented. The expected future work is depicted at the end of the paper. |
