In the 21st century, the world's economic connection is getting closer. The development of global economic integration has accelerated this process even more. Therefore, the enterprises become international is an inevitable trend. Unlike the traditional way of internationalization, recently, a new phenomenon of enterprises internationalization has arisen, and it has attracted widespread attention of academia, and this is the born global enterprises. As the number of these enterprises is increasing frequently in the world economy, it is necessary to do a further research of it.Because this phenomenon has arisen for a short time, the academic research is still in the exploratory stage. The related theoretical system is very immature, and the angle of research is varied. In order to make this essay more valuable, I choose a new angle to explain it. This essay focuses on knowledge-intensive industry, and attempts to explain the definition and characteristics of the new enterprise. The essay mainly analyzes and summarizes the causes, and verifies through case studies; then analyzes the modes of operation and the ways of international development, hoping to provide theoretical basis for the future development of born global enterprises.This essay is divided into six chapters to study the operating mechanism. The first chapter, after reading the past relevant literature, analyzes the phenomenon from the prospects of foreign and domestic. The second chapter mainly analyzes the definition, theoretical models and features of the born global enterprises, so readers can have their initial understanding. The chapter three talks about the operating mechanism from three aspects. The chapter four uses cases to analyze what causes are important for the born of the company. The chapter five talks about the problems of the development of born global, and then gives some suggestions. The chapter six summarizes the inadequacy of the essay and provides some prospects.
