With the information age's coming, there're more opportunities for the software industry in China.The aim of most software development teams is to develop high quality software which can meet customers' requirements on time in their buget. Software requirements are most important inputs of software development, the management of them determines whether the development will be successful. But in most projects, the requirements keep changing during the whole software life cycle. Therefore, how to control the change of requirements is an important issue that we are facing now.The purpose of this thesis is to seek an effective method of controlling requirements change, so, in this thesis, Quality Function Deployment (QFD) is improved and then it'll be introduced into software industry.This thesis firstly reviews the literatures pertaining to exising software requirements change control solutions and the previous researches of QFD. In order to meet the changeable requirements, House of Quality (HOQ) is expanded into three-dimensional HOQ and dynamic quality function deployment (DQFD) is put forward. Then, combining with the software structure design method using Quantification Method of Type 3, DQFD is put in the practice of controlling requirements change, and a technique called requirements change control method based on DQFD is proposed. In this method, dynamic software requirements are mapped into develop process via a series of 3D-HOQs. Finally, the applicability and validity of the control method are testified through its application to an actual software development project, and these results further consummate the theory framework of this thesis.The main achievements of this thesis can be listed as follows: (1) 3D-H0Q which can make up the deficiency of HOQ is put forward; (2) the traditional QFD mode is improved by doing research on DQFD; (3) a control method of software requirements change is proposed with consideration of software requirements' characteristics; (4) application areaes of QFD is extended by applying DQFD in the practice of requirements change control.
