Since the competition today is heated and the technology is advancing quickly, the market boundary changes rapidly, so that the traditional corporation conception and the modes of management cannot satisfy the need of the economy development. The competition among enterprises is to some extend revealed as the competition of strategic thinking and strategic orientation. The success depends on strategy. Under the background of global economy integration, the enterprise must bring its relative superiority into full play and fix its orientation appropriately, meanwhile actualize its continuable development strategy so as to survive and develop quickly under the converging attack from a large number of big enterprises both domestic and abroad.This paper is in accordance with the basic theory of strategic management. This paper used the analyzing tools such as SWOT, the Internal Factor Evaluation Matrix, the External Factor Evaluation Matrix, the Strategic Position and Action Evaluation and Michael. E. Poter's five-forces model, etc. It also used the knowledge of accountant and statistics integrate. This paper started from the status and prospect of Chinese telecom industry, The basic situation and problem of GR Company is introduced firstly. Analyzed the opportunities and threatens of GR company, analyzed the actuality of the company, its' the main problem it faced now. Then, this paper analyzed the exterior environment of GR Company, especially the main competitor, the exterior environment opportunities and threatens. This paper also analyzed the interior resources advantage and disadvantage, and the core competence of GR Company. The competition in China telecom equipment market is more and more serious. In order to remain a continuable development in the future, the GR company must have its own suitable strategy. The strategic frame mainly consists of the lead growth strategy and the differentiation strategy, maintain and develop core competencies. Emphasis has been given on how to ensure the effective execution of these strategies, which include executive scheme on internationalization sale, corporate culture construction, human resources development and etc.
