Purchase is a critical part in Supply Chain Management. Strengthening purchase and supply management, and reducing purchase cost are the key items in company's value chain, and of significant importance for company to improve its core competitive capability.The thesis systematically elucidates the principles and contents of Supply Chain Management, which establishes the thesis'theoretical foundation. Then through further analysis, the thesis studies the core topic about the challenges to company purchase management and the implementation of company purchase management under supply chain management.Using purchase management theory, and taking China Petrol Natural Gas Ltd. Urumqi Branch as a study case, the thesis analyses the current Urumqi purchase management system, its purchase style, and its existing problems. Combined with the characters of supply chain management, the thesis makes pertinent purchase strategies for different goods, individualized management strategy for every supplier, and establishes supplier selection program and supplier complex index evaluation system. The findings of the thesis would be helpful as the reference for state-owned companies to carry out efficient purchase and supplier management. |
