Based on the theories of labor relation management and with respect to the evolutionary process of labor relation in our state and the problems of labor relation management that exist in the enterprises, this dissertation points out a strategy which aims at promoting the labor relation management in enterprises by improving the level of cooperation and trust while avoiding the conflicts and antinomies between the employer and the employees through a kind of long-term labor relation. In the light of the theory of implicit contract, this dissertation not only indicates that the key point of maintaining the labor relation in a long time is to construct an efficient risk sharing mechanism which satisfies both the employer's and the employees' attitudes to risk, but also suggests the detailed measures of constructing an efficient risk sharing mechanism and the method of constructing a mechanism which ensures the implicit contract to be performed. In close, this dissertation suggests an imaginary picture of carrying out the labor relation management in the light of implicit contract with respect to the circumstance of a hi-tech enterprise. This dissertation argues that one of the most effective ways of maintaining a long-term labor relation and further improving the labor relation in an enterprise is to construct an efficient risk sharing mechanism based on both sides' attitudes to risk.
