Harmonious labor relation has been paid more and more attention in this competitive society. The new Labor Contract Law of 2008 brought the legal basis for enterprise to solve the problems of labor relations. But this rigid legal protection cannot improve the growing tension labor relationship to a certain extent. People pay more attention to the implicit contracts that didn't write in the labor contract. Those self-evident and tacit contracts in people's hearts can influence on behavior and attitude of both side labor relationship much easier and more profound, and then impact labor relations. Therefore, the influence of the psychological contract for labor relations is more than that of legal contract for labor relations in a certain extent. It is more common that the psychological contract brings the positive or negative effect in daily working relationship.This paper studied the psychological contract mechanism for labor relations based on the analysis of the related literature research and the local employees' psychological contract, labor relations, affective commitment and organizational citizenship behavior investigation. Proved the there dimensions structure of psychological contract that constitute by transactional dimension, relational dimension and development dimension and labor relationship is made up by employees'salary, labor contract and security, the labor dispute management and training, employee rights and organizational culture. Analyzed the psychological contract mechanism for labor relations, defined the effects of the psychological contract dimensions to labor relations of various dimensions, and made a regression equation of psychological contract and labor relations. This paper verified the affective commitment and organizational citizenship behavior's intermediary effects for the effects of psychological contract and labor relations. Then, the targeted comments and suggestions of constructing harmonious labor relations were proposed by construction of psychological contract and guiding the staffs' attitude and behavior.
