The growing up of Knowledge Intensified Service Industry (KISI) is the inevitable outcome of the development of knowledge economy, and also the inexorable tendency of the structure-upgrade inside the tertiary industry. In this paper, the concept and category of KISI is defined through summaries of industry classification and knowledge economics theory. And then its characteristics and development that different from the traditional service are summarized.After analysis of KISI company finance and summaries of cause that infect the KISI's profit , microcosmic profit mode of KISI is constructed.
