| As China entering WTO and the globalization of the economic, the competition in the market of enterprises of tobacco manufacturing industry in China has become more and more fierce. It brings the great opportunity and challenge to the enterprises of tobacco manufacturing industry reform on performance management, and the creative usage of the advanced management concept is the best tactical choice for the enterprise now to carry out managing innovations so as to ride with the request of performance management.This study uses theoretical research and real example method combined together with recommending Balance Scorecard and analyzing its advantage. Considering the trade characteristics of the tobacco manufacturing industry, this study analyzes the drawbacks and deficiencies of their actual performance management, and introduces the strategic management system of Balance Scorecard, and then chooses XY tobacco group company as the example, in order to probe into how to introduce Balance Scorecard as the tool of performance management to the enterprises of tobacco manufacturing industry and how to avoid the mistaken idea in practice. |
