The age of knowledge economy has come and the world is becoming a united huge system and a global market. Enterprises in different countries take part in international competitions in different organizational forms and different operating ways, so the are enjoying high standing. However, the competitions among countries and enterprises are actually those of human resources. Talent are the core and soul of enterprises, an important capital for economy development and a rare productive element.Strategy is made by talent, and implemented depending on employers' efficient efforts. Talents are foundation and guarantee of promoting enterprise's key competitiveness. So talent evaluation is becoming the scientific foundation of human resources development and management.In view of drawbacks of traditional evaluation modal in theory and functions, this article puts up with the theory of "systematic interaction evaluation". Secondly, based on this theory, this article sets up the model of systematic interaction of talent evaluation.Five parts are there in this paper:Part one briefly introduces the concept and development of the talent evaluation; and then brings forward the problem of the traditional evaluation and draws systematic interaction into the talent evaluation; then analyses the article's meaning in theory and in practice; finally it present its main content and innovating point.Part two is the important part of this paper. This part details on the major technologies of the talent evaluation based on systematic interaction, including setting scenes parameters, establishing the system of talent competence, confirming target weight, and measuring the degree of system coordination.Part three is another important part of this paper.
