To assist the impoverished on the minority district is the emphatic and difficult point in our assistance work. The impoverished situation on the minority district has been greatly improved through more than twenty years help and sustain, but at the same time, the causes for the poor and hard up are special and complex, thus our work faces enormous challenge. To change the lagging behind situation in social, economic and culture and to pave the way for better life , we must design suitable open-up policy and choose assistance pattern to improve efficiency. Da pojiao, a Lisu nationality hamlet in Houqiao town Tengchong county , has been chosen as the research object in this article . To begin with we introduce the combination system of assistance work , then we analyses the surprising result of Da pojiao production by using combining system through actual survey, we also analyses the conditions of using combination system, that is , subjectively the people has the needs and conscious of being organized; objectively the pushing and leading by the government , having some cooperation items and limit also the joining of commune members voluntarily . Besides we also analyses theoretically and pragmatically on creating combination system on resembling minority district, and blue-print the basic pattern to run the conbination system.The method of paying attention to both theory and example is being used here , the suitability to use combination system in parts of minority district is being introduced by big amount of figures and words .It is a continuos and efficient impoverished-supporting pattern ,can better using our funds on impoverished-supporting and enhance the self-developing ability of the imporverished.
