With the rapid development of the tourism industry in China, there are many challenges and problems in tourist industry, especially in human resource. The key issue of China about strengthening the international competition is management of inner affairs in the enterprise, and the core of this issue is just about human resource. The bottleneck for the development of many enterprises is that they lack of knowledge and abilities about management of human resource. But any one who want be obtain success, they must depend on high quality human resource.China will open its market and walk in international market after joined WTO,tourism industry of China are facing huge challenge. In order to deduct the pressure of development, all of them have to reform and innovate their technologies and management and systems. If our tourist industry wants to establish in strength position facing the fierce international market competition, the most important aspect is human recourses. How to deal with this key issue, we must seize the opportunity and tackle the challenge and pay much attention to human resources development and management, we should train and bring a number of high-quality travel talents and offer strong help for adapting to the constantly changeable competitive environment. It's the only way to gain the more survival and development spaces for our tourist industry.Through analyzing analyses the feature of the tourist industry and problems of management of human resource in China International Travel Service. The paper puts forward importance of management strategy of human resource in salt enterprise. Then make use of "SWOT" to analyze management work of human resource of GuiZhou CITS corporation, and find key reason of hindering the development of corporation, that is no rational structure of staff, lower quality of staff, lower standard of management and lacking of strategy of managing human resource in the corporation. Finally connecting to some knowledge of management of human resource, writer put forward some personal suggestion of management strategy of human resource of GuiZhou CITS corporation.
