China Housing Industry Study On Sustainable Development

Housing is one of the living basis for human to be existence and development. The housing industry produces and manages residence (area), which is its end product. It's very important for human's promoting economy and supporting the society stability to guarantee the residents' right for residence and improve their living condition. The housing industry's keeping on the sustainable development, not only is the demand that the industry one self s developing healthily, but also is its contribution for the society. In this study, I comprehensively evaluated how good the urban housing industry's sustainable development is, with the coordination model, which combined the feather of economy, population, ecosystem environment and society. The sustainable development theory was promote for the work and qualitative analysis together with quantitative were both used for this study. In order to improve the sustainable development standard, we also give some advise to this challenge.In chapter 1, it is the characteristics to the housing industry sustainable development, analyzes the basic theories of the sustainable development, define the house and the housing industry, at these basic concepts on discussed the housing industry sustainable development.In chapter 2, discuss to prop up the residence industry and can keep on to develop the each main factor of this system respectively the economy, population, resources and environment, rules and the residence industries affect the relation mutually, and give the homologous policy suggest.In chapter 3, according to the principle of setting up the index system of the housing industry, building the layer structure of rise that index system, and explain each sub-system inside the index sign, introduce the effect function, the coordination model and the AHP layer analysis methods .In Chapter 4, I take Dalian City for example, with the method of chapter 3.
