Since entering 21st century, with the further enhancement of the global economic integration trends, the competition of the manufacturing industry is also aggravated day by day. The homogeneity of the products and diversification of market demand make the manufacturing enterprises win the opportunity of market getting smaller by enhancing the production efficiency and improving product quality which depends on "the inside management". So many manufacturing enterprises set the customer-central pattern in order to satisfy the diverse customer demand, keep and boost the contribution of the value customer to improve the ability of competition. But it is difficult to build the good customer relationships if the enterprises do not use the information technology to discover the information hiding the data in the situation which the data quantity increases sharply now. Therefore, the paper puts up the theory research to the customer relationship management from the view of information technology, hoping to provide helps for manufacturing enterprise to build and keep the good customer relationships.The paper analyzes the basis theory of customer relationship, the main information technology and model adopted, which combines the issue in the manufacturing enterprises.The main contents of this paper include these parts: Chapter I will generalize the structure, the content, the research meaning and the method of this paper; Chapter 2 introduces the basis theory of CRM, and produces the system structure of the customer relationship management for manufacturing enterprises which combines to the existing issue of them. Chapter 3 discusses the relations among ERP, SCM, E-business and BI, and gives the integrated method of them. Chapter 4 discusses the data ware in detail, which is one of the main information technologies. It analyzes the inevitability that the CRM use the data ware, the application of data ware in the CRM and the performing strategy of the data ware in the CRM, and produces the system structure of data ware in the CRM and constructs the model of...
