Propelled by the evolution of management theories, the demand of management practices and the advancement of information technology, CRM (Customer Relationship Management) has become one of the hottest topics and trends for all enterprises around the world in the 21st century。As a realization of the customer centric management philosophy, CRM systems are also catching increasing attention from various industries that thrive to deliver the best values to and obtain the optimizing returns from their customers。Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is a solution which can prompt the market competition ability of firm by managing customer's data。In order to improve the customer satisfaction so as to improve the revenue, an firm has to know its customers information roundly。Furthermore,the firm should not merely attach importance to the concept of CRM, they should put emphasis on the core of CRM--Customer Behave Study。Because the successful application of CRM mainly depends on whether the Customer Value is thoroughly analyzed。Though the early methods for customer information, being mainly empirical and statistical, have been broadly employed and returned satisfactory results, they can hardly meet the challenges of today's exploding data size and complex customer's analysis. The emergence of new classification methods based on data mining technologies has opened up new ways of in-depth customer comprehension. Therefore, combining them together, namely, CRM, Customer Behavior data, Data Mining technology , is very necessary for train industry manage lever.
