| After China adopts opening up policy and comes into a new era, the developing gap on society and economy between the eastern and the western is increasingly enlarged which has formed a basic status of our country. Under the double influences of history and reality, an industry layout has come into being which industry is located in the eastern and agriculture is located in the western , light industry is in the eastern and heavy industry is in the western . This unbalanced tendency of industry distribution on different parts combining with the consuming demand on area distribution has formed the dislocation on marketing supply and demand in the eastern and the western , and strong complementary on marketing supply and demand is needed, the strategy of developing the western region refers to make both eastern and western developing in harmony. During the process of coordinating, marketing shall be the priority directing module.
