Based On The Network Structure Of The Xi'an High-tech Industry Cluster Study

With the advancement of science and the development of economy, hi-tech industry has gradually become the heart of area economy increasing to drive area economy develop powerfully. Since High-tech Industry Development Zone presents the characteristics of enterprise clusters and network structure, it becomes more and more theoretic and realistic sense to research the competition of High-tech Industry Development Zone using the theory of industry cluster and network structure.Based on the correlating literature of industry cluster, this paper put Xi'anHigh-tech Industry Development Zone as research object and concluded its developing characteristics: better speciality , feeble embeddedness, compact network, and centralized location. It then brought forward that product net, organization net, learning net and society net formed the whole industry cluster network via the analysis to the research of industry cluster and network theory. Next it researched the evolvement of industry cluster and analyzed the characters of each phase. Based on that expatiated Xi'an High-tech Industry Development Zone networking process and summarized its evolved pattern after the partition of its development phases. And then researched its integrated competitions. According to the analysis of developing mechanism of Xi'an High-tech Industry Development Zone, the subject concluded that the clustering of Xi'an High-tech Industry Development Zone was still at lower phase. And then pointed out the main problems in its further development and therefore put forward feasible advices from cultivating flexible network and strengthening government function.
