Since the seventies of the 20th century, money-laundering crime, especially money-laundering criminal activities of the financial system and financial instrument, has become a great public hazard that international community faces day by day. This has already aroused great concern from the law enforcement agencies and national financial institutions all over the world. On entering this century, anti-money-laundering become the sign of weighing government's ability and national prestige. Nowadays, anti-money-laundering has already become the common duty that international community faces.The first part is the foundation of the paper. Firstly, it introduces the define of money-laundering and anti-money-laundering. After that it carries out the careful analyses the generation, development and harmfulness of the money-laundering. Furthermore, it illustrates the position of financial institution in money-laundering activity in detail. Finally, through an anti-money-laundering case analysis, it indicates the achievement which financial institutions have achieved at anti-money-laundering area.The second part is the main body of the paper. Firstly, it briefly illustrates some basic defines and types of game theory together with relative equilibrium. Secondly, it supposes that money-launders, commercial banks and supervisor are all economic individual which pursue maximal benefit, and then it analyses the cost and benefit when they do money-laundering and anti-money-laundering. Thirdly, it applies game theory to analyses anti-money-laundering activities of our financial institutions.
