The amount of websites have increased sharply in agriculture. Among the websites, enterprise websites occupy the big proportion, and it arose the attention of people. The proportionment of corporation websites are 35 percent of all agriculture websites in 2005. Enterprise website's figure has increased nearly 10 times compared with 2000 year. The rise speed of websites inspired us. But the rearward of prosperity, the e-commerce's level dissatisfied us. So the development of website and e-commerce's level become the common attentions by scholars and experts.This paper mainly analyses the function level of enterprise's e-commerce in agriculture based on the website of agriculture. Firstly, analyses the basic actuality of corporation websites in agriculture. Evaluates the ability of enterprise in fulfilling Electronic Commerce by means of fuzzy set theory, including the fuzzy cluster analysis and the fuzzy pattern discernment. Based on the above, we can know the basic general situation of e-commerce's level of enterprise. Finally, analyzes those factors that restrict their development from the inner and outer factor. Then the development and construction of the website are discussed. Through this research, the basic enterprise's websites situation of development and the level of enterprise's e-commerce are presented, and it provides reference and help for the further research and development of enterprise.
