| This paper analyses the implementation process of ERP system in enterprises in detail, and discusses the transfer process and affect factors of knowledge of relevant entities, and studies the difficulties and approach of knowledge transfer. Through studying the SECI model, the paper give some approach to improve the efficiency of knowledge transfer, so that the relevant knowledge can transfer among each entities in ERP implementation efficiently. The paper still gives a ERP implementation Model based on the process of knowledge transfer.In chapter 1, the paper introduces the background, purpose, content and innovation of the research.In chapter 2, the paper introduces the ERP relevant theories and the ERP implementation theories, and analyses the key factors in the ERP implementation in Chinese, meanwhile, the paper introduces relevant concepts of knowledge transfer and the SECI model put by Nonaka.ERP system is a powerful tool to promote the core competition of a enterprises and is an important method to advance the enterprises's informationization level. The history of informationization construction in Chinese enterprises is short, so the realty is not ideal and the difficulties are unavoidable. The infomationization level and decision making ability can be improved greatly by applying ERP system.
