Based On Circular Economy Car Reverse Logistics Research

As the fast development of the automobile industry, the yield and the gross of automobiles rise rapidly and the amount of waste automobiles increases at the same time. Some problems such as resource shortage, environment pollution have already obstructed sustainable development of the automobile industry seriously. Consequently, the study of how to decrease the pollution produced by the castoff and reuse waste cars efficiently has already become the most important section of the automobile industry. Automobile reverse logistics is an important measure which can regain the value of waste cars and their spare parts. The application of automobile reverse logistics can also economize resources, protect the environment and implement the sustainable development. This paper based on the background above studies the automobile reverse logistics.On the basis of the circular economy theory, firstly, the automobile reverse logistics is studied systematically, the present condition and problem of the recycle waste cars is analyzed, and the relevant stratagem is put forward. Secondly, the AHP method is developed to evaluate the strategic cooperation of the reverse logistics corporation. Thirdly, the automobile recovery system and recycle model are developed on the basis of the product lifecycle theories. Finally, recycle of waste tires is studied.Through the study of the automobile reverse logistics, some suggestions are provided for the automobile reverse logistics in our country, so that the automobile reverse logistics can be realized efficiently and the automobile industry can develop healthily and sustainable .
