The ownership structure is an important factor to judge whether the banking system in a country is good or not.In recent years,some of Chinese listed banks reform the property in some degrees,but remain the unreasonable ownership structure,which result in the deep-seated limitation in governance structure.Ownership structure is the foundation of governance structure and is the important factor that affected the banks governance effect. From this point of view,taking the ownership structure and governance structure as objects,we investigated the governance effect of ownership structure of listed banks and the problems existing ownership structure.Then,we proposed the suggestions and methods to resolve these problems.It has practical and instructive function for the optimization of the ownership structure and improvement of the governance of listed banks in our country.The ownership structure of listed bank has both the fundamental character of common company and the special character of its own.Under the guidance of the ownership structure theory,considering the special character of listed banks,the thesis first commonly analyzes the governance effect of commercial banks' ownership structure.Then compares the two kinds of typical company governance modes:the market mode of market represented by Great Britain and America,the relation mode represented by Japan and Germany.And then the thesis analyzes the governance effect of Chinese listed banks' ownership structure in detail.Last,we put forward the suggestion to improve the governance effect of Chinese listed banks' structure from the four sides including the ownership structure in the listed bank,the coporate governance structure in the listed bank ,capital market mechanism and banker market.
