The petroleum material supply enterprise is a kind of business which focus on the field of petroleum. Accompany with the revolution of the petroleum business in China, today' s model for supplying has faces more challenges. It is become more and more important for the enterprise that how to lower the cost by reducing stocking and purchasing reasonable. The destination of the article is to improve the company' s capability in purchasing business, reduce the cost and get more profit. By using way of investigating, logic analysis and case study, we do a deep research to the Sichuan Petroleum Material Company (SCPM.) in purchasing, logistics and so on.According to our study, we get the conclusion that SCPM should rebuild its purchasing business, reform it stock and distribute procedure, develop toward the 3PL, and get advice from the 4PL. Taking all this actions is to change the old fashions in logistics management and establish a new and modern logistics system for SCPM.
