Development With Chinese Characteristics, The Private Economy

As an economic phenomenon, JinJiang model, back in 1986, has aroused the concern of the government and theorists and was known as one of the model four rural economic development. However, after nearly 20 years of development, JinJiang model has been completely transformed, it was already in the later stages of industrialization development。But from the perspective of building a harmonious society, JinJiang model, in coordination and people-oriented sustainable development, has many problems, And JinJiang areas brand is as loud as WenZhou。For these issues, the papers has studied and explorated the system of JinJiang model,and renew to define the JinJiang model. The goal lies in summarizing the experience of JinJiang model, proposing the developing prospect of JinJiang future society, and providing a model, on this foundation, for the development to the privately operated economy of other places, thus to correct the manner to develop the privately operated economy. First of all, the papers elaborated the conception of the privately operated economy and the development process of privately operated economy since the reform and opening up, the study laid the foundation for this thesis. Secondly, the papers analyzed the current development of JinJiang model and summed up the process of formation of JinJiang model that should be included in its new connotation, and used the theory and the practice unifies method of case to analyze the characteristics of JinJiang model with success, as well as pointed out a number of problems in the current development of JinJiang model. Again, the papers explored the development of private economy in JinJiang from the macro and micro, and according to the imagination to construct the harmonious society on the 16th party's national congress, the papers proposed the overall objective about economic and social development of JinJiang future: that is to establish a future society of JinJiang that develop in harmony and social overall progress of politic, economy, culture, and environment development.
