The evaluation of military product's quality is very important for the manufacture enterprise and the military. On the one hand it can enhance the quality control level of the military manufacture enterprise, on the other hand it provides the reasonable gist for the military to carry out "the high quality and favorable price" and "determines price by the quality" the equipment purchase principle. At present there are many research about the method of quality evaluation, but few about the process quality evaluation and the information system of quality evaluation. Based on this background, the paper has mainly concentrated on two aspects: one is the method of evaluating the quality of large aerial products; the other is establishing the information system for the evaluation of large aerial product's quality.Firstly the paper proposed the concept of military product's quality, by analyzing the characteristic of military products and introducing the variation process of quality concept and the quality management. Then the article put forward the characteristic, target, and principle of the evaluation of military product's quality. Secondly after analyzing the method of establishing the appraisal system of large aerial product, the assessment model of the large aerial product's quality was established which was based on the process quality and the final quality. The article also studied how to get the weight of the factors in the assessment model. Through analyzing the present quality management status of the XAC Company the paper studied the requirement and the framework of XAC-PQAS. Then the system function modules of XAC-PQAS were given through system outline designing and detail designing. Finally, executive environment of the system was described and several critical problems were discussed in the paper. The article's research provided an exchange platform for the quality control and transformed the evaluation of the large aerial products quality from the fuzzy appraisal to the precise appraisal. At the same time it has provided the advantageous data support for the price decision-making of the large aerial products.
