Based on CAD/CIMS Applied Demonstration Engineering during the 9th Five-year-plan, Department of Science and Technology of China got a fund of 80 billion yuan out of 863 plan and R&D project of State Scientific & Technological Development of 10th Five-year-plan to implement "key technology research of manufacture informatization and application demonstrating engineering".Informatization is becoming an effective breach to improve the competence of the manufacture.Currently informatization technology has been an essential means of a manufacturing's surviving and growing in the era of knowledge economy. Much research and practice have proved that ERP could improve management and productivity for manufacturing. The project is part of SiChuan Provincial Manufacture Information Engineering Demonstrating Project: ChengDu KESDA Co., LTD.——the development and implementation of wage management system (WMS) for automobile spares industry. Taking the design of and the development and implement of its interior system as target, integrating the actuality and trend of automobile spares industry wage management system, the wage reckoning by the piece, reckoning by time, manufacture, ERP application, several basic principles, corresponding theories and realizing technologies were discussed and analyzed for development of WMS based on ERP in this thesis.First, by researching the architecture of WMS of application enterprise and method of analysing, designing and implementing, discussing several key points such as the technology of resolving the scheme, systematic structure, module, the wage reckoning by the piece, reckoning by time, provisional product wages calculating key, working environment, the concept of Order Lifecycle Dynamic Management (OLDM) and flexible scheduling algorithm, etc,customized WMS for Enterprise will be built. Second, by introducing the thoughts, theories and methods of modem management for enterprise, optimizing management architecture, organization and flow, administrative regulations fitted with information system will be established.According to the ideas of software engineering and the development strategy of management information system, selecting classic structure development, WMS is divided into 5 phases as following: planning system, analysing system, designing system, implementing system and maintaining system. The program language is Microsoft Visual C#, the database is Microsoft SQL Server 2000 which fits for medium-sized and minitype enterprise. KSDWage runs under the prevalent WindowsXP/2000 operating system.KSDWage have come true to the piece-rate wages, hourly wages, provisional product wages secretly schemes against, effective component and part basis information administration, and accept consumer favourable comment. Meanwhile, KSDWage decreased operating cost, lightened working intensity and realized assistant decision. The architecture of WMS and method of analysing, designing and inplementing which ensured the qulity of development and implement were presented. Wage operating mode was optimized by executing Business Process Reengineering(BPR). The established administrative regulations and documents following with the project promoted the information level of enterprise.This system was put into use on January 1st, 2007, got good applicable effect and was praised by the customer greatly. The function of assisting the leaders to make decisions was realized effectively.
