The Chinese basic condition is almost Chinese people living in the countryside,who are called of village people. In China,if the village make a progress,the village people's income improved, the social stable will be true. Undergo the imbalance developed, the rural social old-age insurance stopped for a long time. With the development of the economy, urbanism and industrialization process was accelerated.
