Currently among the investments of international equipments, the finance leasing has already become the second major method only next to bank credit.The finance leasing is a kind of service business with specific function. It integrates the finance, marketing and financing service and its specific function also shows on material integration and distribution respects. It is an executive method to stimulate available need, dropping down consumer limit and expand investment scope, surviving deposit capital. Thus, it also submitted the government to warmly concern.In our country, finance leasing industry started from the beginning of reforming and open-up, and gradually developed with the process of the reforming and open-up as well as the economic system conversion.
