The knowledge economy brings great changes to the global market. The competition focus is transferred from price to speed, and the requirement from stable to variable. The trend in market makes it necessary for the manufacturing models of enterprises to change. According to the observation, Integrated Supply Chain Management (ISCM) is an ideal managerial solution for companies to acquire competitive advantage. This paper begins with the brief introduction of the basic concept of Integrated Supply Chain Management, effect of its implementation and its theoriotical model and then discusses the position and importance of core enterprise in integrated supply chain operations. The author holds that if there is not a strong core enterprise in a supply chain, the efficiency of the supply chain will be reduced. So the paper establishes a framework of ISCM system based on a Core Enterprise. As an effective solution of information integration for supply chain, Web Service is used to integrate applications of different platforms and distributed object models. The paper expounds a kind of ISCM system model of the over enterprise integration based on Web Service. In the phase of system analysis, Microsoft Visio is used to analyze the work flow, data flow and the requests of ISCM system. And in the phase of design, we choose UML to design and describe the demand of system and build up the system static model and dynamic model. Finally, we choose a manufacturing company as a case. After comparing theoretical ISCM system with the real system, we can confirm some conclusions of establishing ISCM system. The paper constructs the ISCM system suitable for the manufacturing enterprises.
