| The financial management pattern is an essential part of the overall managementsystem of the group corporation. A scientific and efficient financial management patternplays an important role in the realization of the financial target of the group. On the basisof summarizing advance experiences , This thesis want to give a new idea of there-design on the financial management pattern for China Nation Machine Tool Corporationin terms of its actual situation and the requirement of establishing modern enterprisesystem, with a purpose of promoting the faster development of the CNMTC.The thesis consists of the following three parts:The first part is about the concept of group corporation and the general description ofCNMTC, The present financial management pattern is detailed in respect of: (1)leadership and decision making system of finance;(ii) financial organization system;and(iii) financial management system. The third part is the essential section of the thesis. In this part , article interpretthe content system of the pattern of financial centralized management of CNMTC, thefunction of centralized fund management and overall budget management, themethods that how to they can be successfully integrated with business management, atlast , In light with the actual situation of CNMTC, recommendations have been given onestablishment of the generally centralized financial management system as well as thespecific measures In addition .At last, comparison is made between the new and outdated financial managementpattern, which is followed by an analysis of the shortages and value of research. |
