| Under the situation of quick development of economy and severe market competition, Corporate Group has gradually grown to be a strong economic strength, which is quickly heading to diversity and multi-regional. Therefore, the question how to strengthen the financial management turns out to be a key measure of the Group for further development. Fund management is the core of financial management. Together with the innovation of financial products, development of network technology, more and more Groups start to implement professionally fund centralization management. Fund Centralization has various management modes with different features, which could fit in with different corporate. Choosing proper fund centralization management could increase income and decrease expenditure effectively and active fund of the Group with good utility. It also can reduce financial risks and enhance the capability of financing and competition. All said above will encourage the management team pays more attention to the options of different fund centralization modes.Taking Huanghe Beer Group as a study, this paper is written to analyze systematically current status of the Group then design a fund centralization management mode for it. Firstly, it theoretically analyzes5traditional fund management modes-unified revenue and expenditure, petty cash disbursement, settlement centers, internal bank and financial companies-identifying their advantages and disadvantages, and then comparing with the new mode of cash pooling management. Secondly, it analyzes the current status of Huanghe Beer Group fund management, finding main issues it is facing. According to the Group’s development strategies and fund centralization management targets and principles, it brings out the cash pooling management mode as well as guarantee measures for implementation, in the purpose of optimization of resources and the maximization of the profit of the Group in the situation of fierce market competition. |
