What this article studied is about the Real Estate Company projectexploitation cost control. Firstly, Writer introduce the meaning of project costcontrol, especially the definition and standard from PMI. In this part, we canhave a whole understand to project cost management and control. Secondly,Writer introduce the Real Estate industry project cost management andcontrol. Real Estate exploitation project can be carved up five processes:decision stage, engineering designing stage, invite public bidding and contractsigning stage, put in practice stage, complete check and accept stage.Correspondingly, Real Estate exploitation project cost control (CC) alsocarves up five processes. Each process has respective characteristic of CC, soin PM, we need separate ways to separate stage. Thirdly, Writer studied theactuality of Real Estate exploitation project in China. We have achieved aobvious progress in PM, no matter in theory or in practice. But, there still area lot of problems in practice, such as: Take too much emphasis in the practicestage;there is not a systemic viewpoint to PM, taking the PM processes toseparate stages;in the PM process, without using the scientific, modern PMtools and techniques or seldom;without a particular, scientific, exactly planand budget, control measures often use afterwards control, not use or seldomusing the beforehand control or process control, etc. Finally, to aboveproblems and combining my own study, I tabled some proposals to improvethe Real Estate PM cost control level.Generally, this article take the view of controlling the Real EstateCompany project exploitation cost should from the full processes of PM andthe full life cycle angle. We should control the PM cost systemic andscientific;we should use more and more PM tools and techniques, etc.
