| With the development of economy, it becomes more and more important tomaster enterprises' operation through financial analysis. However, nowadays inour country, financial analysis and evaluation methods can not keep pace with theincreasingly complicated financial information and operation of enterprises.Therefore, it has been the common sense to study current financial analysisindicator system, improve the methods of financial analysis, and enhance analysisefficiency.This thesis starts with the connotation of financial analysis, introducing theinformation of financial analysis and general analysis methods. Then, it studiesfinancial analysis indicators in detail to analyze and evaluate the financial status ofInner Mongolia MengDian HuaNeng Thermal Power Corporation Limited. In theend, it analyzes the limitation of general financial analysis, suggesting from threeaspects as follows: repayment capability, performance and profitability. In order tomake the indicators from the static ones to the dynamic ones and reflectenterprises' dynamic financial status in truth, cash flow should be introduced intothe process of calculating these indicators. |
