Logistics management plays a more and more role in the businessworld today. For companies doing business in this sector, it is their dreamingachievement that to acquire security, economics, convenience and speed inthe same time. To meet these acquirements, the companies must bring all sortof sources together, make progress firmly. Because the working environmentof the logistical industry is ever-changing, persons must share real-timeinformation. Managers of logistical companies should analyze and reorganizethe working process along with the company growth in order to make theoperation effectively and cheaply. In other worlds, by coordination with inneror outer relative people, those managers can achieve speed at lower cost. Forwarder agencies are active players in the international logisticalsector. As part of logistics, forwarder agencies must follow the foundations oflogistics management to manage their routine tasks. Managers and employeesdoing inter-module transportation should communicate with each otheraccording the changing situation. They also should work together to form akind of suitable origination culture. They must utmost utilize the informationdrown from data that come from their former operations.This article is made up of three chapters to describe these ideas. Thefirst chapter is an introduction of logistics including the rise of logisticalscience, the relations between business, information and logistics, theprogressive strategic trend of supply chain management and contemporarylogistical cost management. The second chapter gives description ofinternational logistics in three sub-sectors. Those are the contemporarysituation about international logistics, the system of international logistics andan introduction of international freight forwarder agency. The final part is anexample of company named Letop (Tianjin) International Trade &Transportation Service Company how to reorganize the operation process toreduce the operation cost. This chapter contains six sub-sectors.
