Research On The Operation Mode Of LQ International Logistics Park

With the rapid development of modern logistics industry in China, the number of logistics parks has grown rapidly. However, the operational benefit of the park is disappointing. At present, although there are 857 parks being operated, the actual profit is not good enough. Lacking the park’s effective operation mode is the crucial cause of the high non-occupation rate and low economic efficiency in China. In this paper, by referring to the successful experience of typical logistics parks home and aboard and combing with the positions of LQ International Logistics Park, the article is designed for the operation mode of logistics parks in three aspects including operation and management, tenants selection and profitable way. According to the current situation of the park, PPP mode has been selected as the operation mode of the park. In addition, the government has provided preferential policies to support the company. Xing Tai Green Flag Logistics Limited is responsible for investment and construction. At the same time, it selects professional management company to operate and manage the park in order to achieve enterprise management. The operational quality of the park is directly related to the quality of the enterprises in the park. Based on the related records and the actual situation of the park, the system of evaluation index for selecting the correct companies has been established into the park and the mode selection for the candidate companies is based on gray AHP i.e. to fulfill the filter process for the candidate companies. The park benefit is gained through its services, which are selected according to the service objects and functional localization, basic service, value-added service and supporting service. Analysis of profitable way of the park can be used to predict the park’s operating performance aiming at helping the park have good economic and social benefits. In order to ensure the effective implementation of business model, the standardization of logistics services should be paid more attention, and the construction of information platform should be strengthened. Also, the logistics financial service capabilities need to be developed and the introduction of talent and training needs to strengthen.The research of LQ International Logistics Park operation mode will provide strong support to the healthy development of LQ International Logistics Park and help it to achieve the anticipated benefits in both parts of theory and practice. Furthermore, it will provide some references for the study of logistics park operating mode.
