The Strategy Of Multinational Technology Transfer To China And China's Countermeasures

On the foundation of summarizing the theory of technology transfer of multinational company, this paper studies development and adjustment of multinational company's strategy of technology transfer in China. The paper adopts the methods such as theoretical analysis, case analysis and classification research. The paper analyzes Chinese technology introduction's lesson, experience and the present situation with the method of case analysis;the paper analyzes the motivation of technology transfer of multinational company with the method of theoretical analysis;the paper analyzes strategy of technology transfer of multinational company with the method that combines theoretical analysis with classification research.Technology transfer of multinational company is becoming one of major powers that promote the Chinese industrial technical progress when the tendency of knowledge economy and economic globalization deepen , multinational company's strategy of external technology transfer is changing evidently. Our government must establish correct strategy of technological development and technology introduction ,and encourage enterprises to pay attention to digestion and absorption of the technology to be import ,and establish our country strategy of intellectual property ,and improve further investment environment , especially soft environment .our enterprises should enhance the ability of the following facets .The first , our enterprises strengthen the ability of identification and selection for foreign technology during technology introduction;the second , they must pay attention to build the ability of technology innovation of second degree;the third ,they must raise the power to learn for advanced technology;the forth , domestic enterprises should " go out" and use the resource of science and technology the whole world ,then raise the international competition...
