Hunan Province Logistics Industry Development

The logistics and economies have the close contact. The logistics is a main composing factor of the economy. It is the necessary and important power and the strong guarantee systems of the economy development. Logistics changes the economic growth method by improving circulation efficiency and lowering the movement cost. It plays positive function towards raising competition abilities of the regional markets and industry business enterprises. The logistics estate of Hunan province is relatively backward. Especially the quantitative research work about the logistic estate of Hunan province has not been done a lot. These all restrict the logistic estate development of Hunan province.Through the study to the related theories of modern logistics, district logistics, informationized logistics, the thesis analyzed qualitatively the relationship between Hunan logistic industry and economy development, the factors which influence the development of the logistics of Hunan Province, as well as the prospect of the logistics industry of Hunan Province by applying the analytical means of the multiple regression, gray connection, time sequence etc. The thesis searches the relativity data of the key economy index which influence the development of the logistics industry in Hunan Province, and builds four scale models for the logistics need in Hunan Province and then makes some comparison and evaluation between the models. In addition, by applying these models, the thesis makes some estimation to the prospect and the needing scale of the logistic market in Hunan Province. Basing on the theoretical logisticsanalysis, the thesis gives an overall analysis of the present situation of the logistics industry in Hunan Province and the remaining problems, and proposes some ways to its development.The thesis researches theoretically, substantially and also in a comparative way to get some valuable conclusion and data, aiming to have certain direction and reference to the development of the logistic industry in Hunan Province. The analytical research method might serve as some reference and model to the research of logistics theory, the research of logistics industry development, the plan of logistics, and the model creation and data prediction of the enterprise logistics scale.
