The personnel administer system of the enterprise in our country were setup and constantly kept through personnel file , fixed wage and welfare under the planned economy system , With the setup of the market economy system , the modern theories and techniques of the human resource management are required to meet the need of the personnel administer in the enterprise.Based on status in quo of the human resource management of state enterprise , the paper , deeply , discusses the modern personnel administer system of state-owned Mine enterprise cased on FanKou Lead Zinc mine , The highlights focus on the following points : how to solve the "four mine" problemes , which say mining , mine worker , mine and mine city as the mineral resource go to decrease , how to arrange the extra mineworkers , how to optimize personnel resource configuration so that to reduce personnel for the more efficient purpose , and how to set up , keep and strongthen the enterprise's excellent personnels etc..In addition , on the basis of the analysis of the defaults in traditional labor , personnel and allocation system , the paper applies the modern theories of the human resource management to the case , figures out the framwork of new-type organization , labor employment and allocation code . Wish the research results provide a valuable reference to the human resource management in the mine enterprise.
