The aim of this thesis is to confirm the status and improve the competitive ability and expand quotient and make it better in international market in Liu Yang Fireworks Co., Ltd., in this essay, I briefly analyze present managing foundation and marketing competitive ability of Liu Yang Fireworks Co., Ltd. with the way to reduce production costs and managing costs; size up international situation of management referring to the SWOT theory; set forth my views on developing profession tendency combining with contemporary international market. I try my best to comprehensively discuss that Liu Yang Fireworks Co., Ltd how to strengthen the marketing advantage of his own, when he is in drastic competition; how to overcome his own demerits and prevent himself from marketing risk facing nowadays international situation; how to make good use of all kinds of managing theory to design strategy projects, practical methods and major guarantee requirements integrating with current situation of international market arrangement. I strive to construct a strategical system of international market conforming to practical cases of Liu Yang Fireworks Co., Ltd, in order to in causing staffs in fireworks walk to further probe and search the fireworks undertaking and making Liu Yang Fireworks better and better.
