But like most city commercial banks, The Xingxin Commercial Bank has greater disparity compared with state-run commercial bank in the strength of the fund, the internal management and the dealing areas, and often in the inferior position in the market competition. Thus , combining sources strengthening management promote the reputation of enterprise and changing the corporate image become the important task to this bank. This thesis combines the theory of CI effectively with the current situation of enterprises to standardize enterprise's behavior promote the competition advantage and mould brand image through designings planning using and spreading the system of The Xingxin Commercial Bank CI system.
