Sme Start-up Financing Strategy

With the high development of our national economy, esp., the middle and small corporations' development, the financial problem has been widely concerned by more and more people, and it is really a big problem to be settled to ensure the existence and development of the middle and small corporations. At present, the research to the problem is mainly on the whole process of financial operations and methods but rarely on the undertaking-building period. Therefore, it becomes a weak point in the research aspect on this period. In this paper, the author analyzes mainly on this point of this period from the present financial situations of the middle and small corporations, and deals mainly from the current financial characteristics, difficulties and methods. It is pointed out that the ways of financing must be widened during the undertaking-building period. Further more, some available ways are presented as well as its adaptability. The paper sets Shande Company as an example to analyze the difficulties during the undertaking-building period in financing as well as its financial strategies and ways that have been used and presents that some available financial experiences which can be learned from and some interrelated situations which should be paid attention to during this period. All in all, this paper gives a significant reference to our national middle and small corporations.
